As a landscape photographer hailing from the charming city of Cork, Ireland, I am always on the lookout for cozy spots that not only offer comfort but also provide a gateway to natural beauty. During my recent Easter getaway, I found a hidden gem that checked all my boxes: a fantastic location near a serene lagoon and just a stone's throw from the city center. With spacious rooms filled with natural light and a lovely garden leading to a cool pier, the ambiance was simply perfect. The staff's kindness and attentiveness genuinely made me feel at home. The breakfast, featuring fresh scrambled eggs and tortillas, was a delightful surprise, surpassing my expectations. Despite minor setbacks such as internet connectivity, the serene surroundings and charming accommodations left me thoroughly satisfied.
